1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Alpha Link Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Alpha Link Pro provides automated trading bot software that connects to your Deriv account via the official Deriv API. Our services include:

• Automated trading bots for Synthetic Indices
• VIP trading signals via Telegram
• Account management services (Elite plan)
• Mentorship and education programmes

3. Financial Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading in financial instruments, including Synthetic Indices and Forex, involves substantial risk of loss. Alpha Link Pro provides software tools and signals to assist traders. We do not guarantee profits or specific returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or API keys with third parties. Alpha Link Pro will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your actions.

5. API Key Usage

When you provide us with a Deriv API token, it is used solely for the purpose of executing trades through your subscribed bot plan. We do not use your API token to access your personal information, transfer funds, or execute unauthorized trades. You can revoke the API token at any time through your Deriv account settings.

6. Subscription and Payments

All subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds on partially used subscription periods. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for any illegal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our bot software
• Sharing subscription access with non-subscribers
• Providing false information during registration

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Link Pro and its founders, including Yahya Khalid, shall not be liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of our bots or signals. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
